Over the past five years, there has been a significant rise in the interest for high-performance exotic cars in the Indian market. Prominent brands such as Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and Ferrari have officially introduced their cars in the country. Joining this list is McLaren, which declared its official entry into the Indian market a year ago. Recently, McLaren inaugurated its first dealership in Mumbai and unveiled its flagship supercar, the McLaren 765 LT, during the ceremony. This supercar holds the distinction of being one of the most expensive officially available for sale in India. McLaren has already secured its first customer, a businessman based in Hyderabad, who took delivery of the car last year.

The video featuring the recently acquired McLaren 765 LT Spider has been shared by naseer_khan0054. In India, McLaren is represented by the Infinity group and offers its complete lineup in the country, which includes the GT, Artura, 720S, 720S Spider, 765 LT, and 765 LT Spider. Naseer Khan's purchase of the McLaren 765 LT Spider potentially makes him the first customer of this model in India. He opted for the MSO Volcano Red color, enhancing the supercar's sporty and stylish appearance.

It is yet to be confirmed whether Naseer opted for any customizations for his car. This particular supercar stands out in several aspects, proudly claiming its position as one of the fastest convertibles ever manufactured by McLaren. It showcases an aerodynamic design akin to its coupe counterpart and is crafted entirely from carbon fiber. Notably, the front bumper, splitter, side skirts, and wraparound rear bumper exhibit a more aggressive styling compared to the coupe version. Being a convertible, the roof folds down in a mere 11 seconds, further enhancing the car's allure.

Following his purchase of the McLaren 765 LT supercar, Naseer Khan took the initiative to organize a meetup for his social media followers. Nearly 1,000 people gathered to catch a closer glimpse of India's most expensive supercar. While the exact price of the McLaren 765 LT remains undisclosed, it is anticipated to be around Rs. 12 crore, ex-showroom. Notably, the production of the McLaren 765 LT is limited to a mere 765 units, elevating its exclusivity beyond any other supercar in India.

Under the hood, the McLaren 765 LT Spider is propelled by a robust 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine, generating an impressive 765 Ps and 800 Nm of peak torque. This powertrain is mated to a 7-speed sequential gearbox, delivering all its might to the rear wheels. While McLaren has long been a favorite brand among Indian car enthusiasts, their official entry into the Indian market took place only recently.

In the past, many affluent car enthusiasts in India have chosen to import supercars like McLaren. Although Naseer Khan's McLaren 765 LT Spider is the first of its kind to be delivered, it is not the initial McLaren supercar to be officially handed over to a customer in India. Approximately a year ago, McLaren announced its official entry into the Indian market and, around that time, a West Bengal-based businessman named Parveen Agarwal received the delivery of a 720S Spider.

As for Naseer Khan, the McLaren 765 LT Spider is not his first venture into the realm of supercars. He already possesses an impressive collection of high-end automobiles, including a Rolls Royce Cullinan Black Badge, a Ferrari 812 Superfast, a Mercedes-Benz G350d, a Ford Mustang, a Lamborghini Aventador, a Lamborghini Urus, and numerous other luxurious vehicles that adorn his garage.
